OMG Chicken

I found this recipe off Pinterest! It only calls for 4 ingredients! I thought it was worth a try!

Chicken breast cut in half.

Sour cream, parm cheese and Italian bread crumbs.

Mix parm. cheese and bread crumbs

Sour cream

Chicken breast with sour cream and bread crumbs and parm. cheese on top!
Chicken!!!

(I did not like the veggie recipe I tried with squash! I am not posting it!)

The chicken was good!.. I will most likely make it again!

Just mix Sour Cream or Yogurt (1/2 c) and parm cheese (1/4 c). Spread over chicken breast in a baking dish, sprinkle italian bread crumbs on top and bake for 20-30 minutes. SO moist and tasty!

Easy and Creamy White Chicken Enchiladas.

Easy and Creamy White Chicken Enchiladas.

I really liked these enchiladas! I would make them again! Ben wasn't the most crazy about them. To make them better in the future I will boil chicken breast and tear the meat. This particular day I had to used canned chicken meat, because of time. I believe with chicken breast it would be a lot better! I recommend boiling chicken breast and using the meat! Other than that, they were really good!

Mix  Chicken, Cheese, Corn

Roll up and place bottom down in 9x13 dish

I had to use 2 dishes.

CHEESECAKE!

CheeseCake!

So I really like cheese cake! I have always heard that they were complicated or tricky.. (not as tricky as a pound cake though).  At my church bridal shower all the invites were sent with a blank recipe card. Everyone was to fill out their recipe card with one of their favorite recipes! One of the recipe cards I received was for a cheesecake! The recipe card was from a lady name Lori. Lori in her gift gave us cheesecake pans, graham cracker crust and vanilla! They were all ingredients needed to make the cheesecake!~

This week I finally found the time to make the cheesecake! The cheesecake turned out really good! A lot better than I was expecting! It tastes great....it's appearance is a little weak! I did not get the graham cracker crust even around as you can see below!  I really liked this recipe and will make it again!

Ingredients:
10" Springform pan
1 graham cracker crust (box)
3- 8 oz. Cream Cheese.
1 - 3 oz. Cream Cheese
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1.5 tsp vanilla

Pre-heat oven - 350
Mix cream cheese, add eggs, sugar, vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into pan.
Bake 30-40 minutes.

Remove from oven.
Top with mixture of:
1 pint sour cream
5 Tbls. Sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Bake for 15 minutes.   ( May top with fruits topping or leave plain.)

Cheesecake before adding topping.

Out of the oven.

Simple Sliced Ham

Bought a pre-sliced ham at Kroger. It was already cooked. All I did was I heated it in the crock-pot. I poured 1 can of coke over it and added brown sugar to taste!
