MEAL #2

On Nov.6th,2012  I made our second supper! The Cambell's cookbook I have calls it 2-Step Chicken'N'biscuts! The Cambell's website calls it 2-Step Inside-Out Chicken Pot Pie!
It was good! Ben said it would be a good meal to have about once a month! :)   The meal was really easy though! ONLY calls for 4 INGREDIENTS!!


Here are the 4 Ingredients and the link to recipe on Cambell's webite!

skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound), cut into 1-inch pieces 
can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free) 
bag (16 ounces) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
8 hot biscuits, split

Our FIRST breakfast and supper!

Ben is so excited...as you can tell! :)

FIRST SUPPER! Oct.23rd, 2012 -  I cooked our first meal as a married couple! I found the recipe off of Pinterest. The recipe was very simple, which I liked the idea of. Since I am going to Grad-School and time is limited! This meal was very simple and tasty! I definitely  will cook it again!

Here is the recipe I followed for supper! (below)
"4-6 raw chicken breasts, new potatoes, green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too). Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour."


FIRST BREAKFAST! On OCTOBER 10th, 2012 - I cooked our first breakfast!! I got up early around 5am to surprise Ben with homemade breakfast before he went to work!! Scrambled Eggs, Grits, Bacon, Biscuit and grapes!
